SPONSORSHIP CHAIR

Young Tuscaloosa's Sponsorship Chair, Daniel Bradshaw, will complete his two-year term on the Steering Committee at the end of 2022. From gathering corporate sponsors to executing contract agreements, under Daniel's leadership, we have been able to offer our members incredible deals and a first-class member experience. We are currently seeking a successor to build on the momentum that Daniel has created and continue providing our members with the best that Tuscaloosa has to offer.

This position is shifting slightly in its scope from previous years. Procurement of sponsorships has been largely outsourced to the Chamber's Fourth Quarter Drive; however, you should be prepared to solicit sponsorships occasionally throughout the year. The bulk of the duties for this chair involves following up with already secured sponsors, connecting them with event chairs, and verifying the execution of already set sponsorship agreements.

• You are detail-oriented and will be proactive in ensuring contract execution and sponsor follow-up.

• You enjoy getting to know members of our community and discovering new, advantageous sponsorship opportunities for Young Tuscaloosa.

This is a volunteer position with a time commitment of approximately 5-7 hours per month, which includes attending the monthly Steering Committee meeting from 11:30 am-12:30 pm on the third Tuesday of each month. You will also be collaborating with the Social Chair on sponsorship activation at events.
