About the event
The T-Town witches will once again “fly” on their decorative “broomcycles” through downtown Tuscaloosa on Sunday, October 8th, 2023 at the 6th Annual T-Town Witches Ride! Imagine a scene straight out of the Wizard of Oz with hundreds of Tuscaloosa women bewitchingly dressed in their most creative witch costumes to ride or walk for The Arc of Tuscaloosa County and the 300+ individuals it serves in our community.
Registration is $25 to ride/walk. FREE to watch! The two mile bicycle ride and the one mile Walk will begin and end at Government Plaza. There will be entertainment, kid’s zone, silent auction, and prizes and awards for our winners. Judging for Best Dressed Witch, Best Broomcycle, and Best Group Theme will be from 4 - 5 p.m. and the ride will begin promptly at 5 p.m.
The Arc of Tuscaloosa County, Inc. supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Tuscaloosa County and through proceeds of the T-Town Witches Ride we will continue to provide transportation for the individuals The Arc serves. Learn More.
