Dust off your running shoes and join YT for Couch to 5K weekly group runs. We'll meet at the Bama Belle Parking Lot at 5:30pm each Tuesday leading up to the Tuscaloosa Mayor's Cup 5K for Pre-K on Saturday, April 25.

About the event
Dust off your running shoes and join YT for a Couch to 5K program. Group runs will take place each Tuesday leading up to the Tuscaloosa Mayor's Cup 5K for Pre-K on April 25. Couch to 5K training is free for members and not-yet members to attend. YT will cover the entry fee for members who attend five of eight training sessions.Â
